ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION Of MMSS.

Assembly of MMSS, against anti-social measures has been given to the crisis, we propose a set of measures we believe necessary to prevent the most disadvantaged social groups pay for the effects of the crisis.
The purpose is to bring all movement a proposal to unify the fight, raise awareness and mobilize.
believe that this crisis has led to irresponsible behavior by banks and speculators, but most governments and international agencies have been jointly responsible for it because they have been subject to the will of the powerful business and financial services, those who have left to act freely and because they have been applied policies that have created the conditions to produce a highly unequal and, therefore, the accumulation of financial funds in too few hands.
Instead of paying the consequences of the crisis to those who brought governments take measures involving huge losses of revenue and labor and social rights for the working class, for self-employed, and even thousands of small and medium Employers who do not have the resources of large companies.
The government presented these measures as inevitable and necessary to address the crisis, when in fact they do is increase it. It does not attack the real causes, not serving the needs of the disadvantaged, not are ways to overcome it, but takes the situation as an opportunity to benefit the banks and corporations.
understand that such action is blatantly immoral and contrary to the elementary principles of democracy and social justice, to which we can not remain silent, which must respond with unity and coordination agreement.
To make this possible, it is necessary to forge an alliance around a basic common goals. To this end we propose a deal to mobilize the citizenry, demanding the government the following urgent demands:
1) immediate actions to restore their homes to the hundreds of thousands of families and unemployed and on low incomes who have lost them to be evicted by financial institutions, and adopting rules that prevent any other debt again be banks that are getting multimillion-dollar profits. Similarly, establishment of a moratorium to prevent evictions of tenants and rented, and power outages and water to all low-income people who have been affected by the crisis and have lost their jobs.

2) Develop a contingency plan against exclusion and extreme poverty and establishment of basic income citizens.

3) Approval of the Law on Social Inclusion (housing, education and health quality education for all,) and implementation of migration policies that promote inclusion and not rising xenophobia encouraged from European governments of different signs.
4) Day 35 hours and retirement at age 60.

4) ensuring effective measures for small and medium enterprises and individuals have sufficient funding to enable them to develop their business normally and re-created employment for that nationalizing banks and savings banks that do not fulfill that role creating a public bank to do so.

5) Carry out an immediate tax reform based on the taxation of large fortunes and estates, the benefits banks and corporations and on transaccionesespeculativas and more progressive tax.

6) Implementation of an urgent plan against fraud and tax evasion, and an immediate ban on banks and English savings banks operating in tax havens.

7) Develop a plan for payment of the debt that has been generated by the banking crisis that does not respond to what the speculators but to impose the interests of the English state.

8) Implementation of an urgent plan of social spending to equalize for Spain and its regions to the European average on education, health, pensions, and equality dependency services.

9) Maintain a commitment to the eradication of extreme poverty around the world, meeting and going beyond the commitments contained in the Millennium Development Goals. To do this, together with the maintenance of development aid, we demand the search for additional resources by taxing global financial transactions.
10) Fight for peace and against imperialist wars.
11) Energy saving and efficiency in the various public and support the use and innovation of renewable energy.
12) Elimination of lavish spending and responsible consumption
Reflecting the strength of these convictions, organizations and individuals below Signatories undertake to break the passivity, awareness and debate these issues, not to support any political party, association or social organization do not endorse these measures in its election or not implemented where govern or develop their activity, starting from today a series of actions to give effect to these commitments.
